DRIVER INCENTIVES

  • Incoming Driver Starting Pay: $0.47-$0.50 per mile based on verifiable years of experience (Must have a minimum 1 year of experience)
     

  • $2,500 sign-on bonus paid out within the first year with the company
     

  • Weekly Loaded mile bonus (up to an additional 7cpm towards the loaded miles)
     

  • Weekly Fuel Bonus
     

  • 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of service; 2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years of service
     

  • 401K with up to 3% company match
